Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We require an initial deposit of $200 per room due upon booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If a room is canceled with a 30 day notice we will issue a refund minus $150 per room cancellation fee(1 nights lodging)
If canceled with LESS than 30 day notice, there is NO REFUND, unless we are able to re-rent the
room to another party for the night (s) you had reserved. $150 per room cancellation fee still in effect.
**No refunds will be issued for last minute cancellations or if the night(s) reserved are not used due to early departure.
