Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit by CHECK of $200 per room and final payment 30 days prior to arrival, which can be handled by credit card.

If a room is cancelled with a 30-day notice we will issue a refund minus $50 per room handling fee.

If cancelled with Less then a 30-day notice, a refund will be granted minus a $50 per room handling fee only if we are able to rent room to another party for the nights you had reserved.
