Reservation and Cancellaton Policy

We require a deposit by CHECK of $200 per room and final payment can be
handled by credit card. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

If a room is cancelled with a 30 day notice we will issue a refund minus $50 cancellation fee

If cancelled with Less than 30 day notice, there is NO REFUND, unless we are able to rerent the
room to another party for the night you had reserved. $50 cancellation fee still in effect.
