Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit by CHECK of $200 per room and final payment can be
handled by credit card. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

If a room is canceled with a 30 day notice we will issue a refund minus $50 per room cancellation fee

If canceled with Less than 30 day notice, there is NO REFUND, unless we are able to re-rent the
room to another party for the night you had reserved. $50 per room cancellation fee still in effect.
